We know he's the weak link, but the Guardians are the 2nd profitable team at the top of AL Central. Jon Gray is also a veteran of the game, but he's looking in form. However the line for Texas around -170 or higher is not attractive. .500 team that's losing money, Jon Gray and the Rangers are over valued. We start the week in Milwaukee where the Brewers sit at top of NL central. The fight for the central lies in Milwaukee and Chicago, the two teams in division playing above .500. Pittsburgh has yet to reach that level and just lost the Cubs series 2-1 at home. Now the Pirates are on the road with Mitch Keller in game 1 against the Brewers. He's got 4 games on the road going 1-2 with the Pirates going 2-2. Keller threw 9 innings and won his last time against the Angels and we look for him to decline here. Milwaukee with Colin Rea is 6-1. He did not factor in his last start against KC,. but he is in a spot to improve Play Milwaukee tonight. The Brewers are 11-6 against division opponents.

The Angeles blanks the Pirates in the second of three and the series is all knotted up. Despite the Angels impressive performance in game 2 we can't trust the Angels. Jose Soriano takes the mound after a solid performance in Cleveland, but he's still a work in progress. The Pirates will send Martin Perez. We feel he will eat up innings with better stability on the mound and likely to improve. The play is a fade on the Angels after a no run win and we are betting on them to disappoint.

We have a new series and the Yanks are riding high. Houston started slow last year and grew stronger as the season progressed, but the hole they have dug is much bigger this year. Looks like Monday is the best day this week to hit Wrigley. The weather is unpredictable this time of the year in the Windy city, and we have a clear day. The wind is blowing in and you know the Cubs Total post late. The Cubs are climbing in earnings the team is 12-4 at home. Justin Steele returns to the mound, and we expect a respectable game. Yu Darvish will go for the Padres and have been effective. He did match up in April and did not get a decision, but the Padres did manage the win at home. However, in that start Darvish was tagged for 4 runs. He comes in a spot to decline, and we do like the Cubs at home with the short price.

We have an interleague match up and you guys know how we feel about the Marlins, but how about Oakland? They are in the Money. Oakland A's are the 5th highest earners in the Major League. At 16-17 the A's are the only other team besides Washington Nationals to make the top 5 as a non winning team. This match up will feature Miami's biggest money losing pitcher, Trevor Rogers at 0-4 with the Fish 0-6 when Trevor is on the mound. Oakland will send their top money pitcher, Paul Blackburn at 2-1 with the A's going 5-1 with Paul on the hill. He is coming in a spot to improve and it will not be good for the Marlins.
