It's making me want to go see this game.

Looking through the money metrics both teams are in the plus, the Reds slightly ahead, These two teams met in April 1 to 3rd series in Philadelphia with the Reds taking 2 out of 3. Cincy did that as an underdog throughout the series. But now that the teams are settling in Philadelphia looks to chase Atlanta for the East. Cincinnati sweeping the Angels in last series, but getting swept by the Mariners. Before that beating up the White Sox, but lost the series to the Brewers. That is not hanging in with the contenders. We also favor Philadelphia on the pitching with Ranger Suarez against Cincinnati's Hunter Greene. Suarez is on top of Phillies money pitcher with his team winning all 4 appearances. He's pitched 3 quality games in a row and shut out the Rockies in last start. He is a force on the mound. The Reds Greene is on the opposite side his team has yet to win when he takes the ball. He was rocked by the Brewers at home 2 starts ago and only pitched 4 innings at Seattle. We expect Philadelphia to return the early season loss and set the tone to start.

Here comes the Cubbies 8-2 in last 10 games and on the heels of Milwaukee. Don't you love National League Central? That is a money making division, Chicago will welcome Arizona Diamondbacks who are very mediocre this season trailing the Dodgers by 13 games in the West. 4-6 in their last 10 games. The Cubs will send Javier Assad to the mound and this is a kid to keep an eye on. Coming out of Baja he is progressing and going through innings like a top tier pitcher. The Diamondbacks will send Ryne Nelson who is struggling lately.
This game seemingly will have plenty of Chicago backers laying this one, but the match up does not hold value and everything about this game has pitfalls of over expectation. Keep in mind Arizona is above .500 home and away. Nelson after two bad outing in this spot it would not surprise to see him improve. Head to head in last 10 games they have split 50 /50 and Arizona has taken 4 of those wins as a underdog. These two teams have not met this season and Arizona quietly chasing the last wildcard spot. He held Tampa to 2 runs and the Rays did not get to him until the 6th inning. Beat the NL West leading Dodgers before that, gave up nothing. Both teams are losing, but Kansas with tendencies to lose in interleague at 2-7 in last 9, 2-8 in home interleague, 2-9 against NL West, 1-4 against good pitching and 1-4 against losing teams. Milwaukee’s Corbin Burnes comes with 1.65 ERA 0.92 WHIP no doubt he’s got game. However he does look to regress and will face very dangerous LA line up. MLB under the sun, maybe in a dome, but that's okay it's mid summer baseball and it's all good. We look for a brand of games that has our kind of edge. The Jays have Kevin Gausman on the mound with 2.91 ERA coming off a excellent game away at Tampa back in August 2nd logging 8 innings of 1 hit game throwing 103 pitches and August 7 in Minnesota 6 innings of no run game. It was a bounce from his other recent performance and we do expect regression. Gausman 5-3 away with 1.83 ERA , but 3-5 at home with 4.19 ERA. Top that with little run support on Gausman starts will not help against rising Cleveland Guardians. Cleveland sending Shane Bieber 7-6 with 3.21 ERA. He is on the rise and owns 1.09 WHIP, that number has shrank to incredible 0.80 in his last 3 games.
