There's faith behind Jacob deGrom and the Mets being due. The line has zig zaged and there are continuing movement. The Mets have failed deGrom as he has posted three straight quality starts and I will look for a sub par outing today at Sun Trust. Atlanta will send Julio Teheran and he has climbed to the top of money pitcher in rotation. The Braves are 5-1 at home with Julio in command. Atlanta is rolling 9-1 at home, 10-1 against right handed pitching and the Mets with deGrom 1-6 against Atlanta. Take it.

We are on what some would describe as a mediocre game, but where others overlook we see opportunities. Baltimore has proven to be extremely "Under" the Total. It should be close and we'll look for the Mets to bounce back with their top money pitcher on the mound, Steven Matz. The Mets are 4-0 at home with Matz on the hill and catching Jon Gray on a spot to decline. Lay the small favorite.

The Rox are on the rise in the West and what a disappointment for the Rattlers. We will be looking for a consolation here against Kyle Freeland. He got hit pretty hard in his last start against bottom dwelling Orioles. Matter of fact he's perfect Over in May starts. I guess others have noticed that as the Total started at 11.5 and now sit at 12. A very high number considering this series have played Under and Colorado pen is pretty good. So back to Taylor Clarke and the Diamondbacks. Clarke moving up and he will need to hold his own today and the value is on Arizona to take one at Coors.

The game tonight is a match with little attention as both these teams are in the bottom 10. Miami at the bottom of NL East and Giants at the bottom of NL West. Money lost is pretty close, Miami lost a bit more, but S.F. is dropping fast. The Giants sending Jeff Samardzija on the hill. He is coming off a high pitch count loss, but he performed against Atlanta and looking for a decline tonight. This will serve well against Trevor Richards who also looks hittable. We have a money pitcher on our radar with Jose Berrios going tonight at Roger Center. The Twins top money getter comes in with 6 quality starts out of 7 and team record of 6-1. L.A. Dodgers have fire power, but lacking arms causing 11-4 Over. The relief Corp will be tested again with Ryu on D/L and Caleb Ferguson getting the call. Zack Davies is much better on the other side, but on a perfect baseball evening I'd look for the ball to carry. We're going to fade the home team too.

We have Eric Skoglund on the mound for the Royals. He has not been kind to his backers and KCR is 3-8 with Eric starting. The Reds call up Matt Harvey and although he's lacking quality starts he does have 5-2 record at home. But considering the Royals 9-3 match up record and hte state of today's pitching. I'm going to follow the line and go with Over on this game.
