Texas Rangers at Seattle Mariners

The Books have hung a low number here at 7 in pitcher friendly confines of Safeco Field. Martin is pitching Under 5-3 away, but averaging Total is 10. Felix also pitching Under, but the Rangers match has gone Over 5-1-1 last 7 and 3-0-1 in Seattle. Felix has not had back to back Under pitching at Safeco. It's happened on the road or home/road starts and it rarely happens at all. Game going Over in this day time match up.
