Throw out 2 clunkers and Garland is pitching strong 13 quality starts out of 18, 5 quality outing out of last 7.

I know Blue Jays are rolling right now looking balanced with good pitching and timely offense but I not sold on Towers bring his "A" game today. Being on the road is another minus.
